I hope for those of my readers who celebrate Easter that you had a good one. One, with friends and family and laughter and CANDY!!!!! I gave up all sweets for Lent, so I kinda gorged myself like a hungry zombie on mini-eggs, peanut butter cups, and my mom’s homemade banana creme pie!!! I’ll be paying for it in sweat all week long I’m sure.
Last night (tonight as of writing this) was also the Season Finale of AMCs THE WALKING DEAD. Though a little slow, I really liked how they ended this season… Without giving too much away or spoiling, I’ll just say that I feel a lot better about the state of our characters and how they’ll be when we see them in October than I have at the end of any other season finale I think I’ve ever watched. It’s annoying (to me anyway) when there’s some GIANT cliff hanger usually used as a gimmick to get you to tune in, in 6mo because with the story dwindling the writers have to employ some trick. Well TWD doesn’t have to do that and I’m glad that at the end of this episode we were left with some hope… you’ll have to watch to see what I’m talking about but I really wasn’t disappointed I’m sure there are haters out there but you’re not looking at one.
